About Us
Hi! We’re Aishwarya and Sahil — the duo behind Bloom & Brew. Our journey began with two simple passions: a love for great coffee and an undeniable sweet tooth. What started as a shared hobby quickly grew into a dream to bring people together through handcrafted drinks and treats made with care.
We believe everyone deserves to indulge, which is why we proudly cater to all dietary needs — offering vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options that never compromise on taste. Every cup and bite we serve is made with love, using thoughtfully sourced Canadian ingredients and premium coffee beans that reflect our commitment to quality and sustainability.
As a mobile coffee company, you can find us popping up at local markets, festivals, and community events across the GTA. We also bring the café experience directly to you — whether it’s a corporate event, private party, or special celebration.
At Bloom & Brew, we’re more than just coffee — we’re about connection, creativity, and a whole lot of love in every pour.
About the chef
Aishwarya is a professionally trained pastry chef with a deep passion for creating desserts that bring joy to every bite. She began her culinary journey at George Brown College in Toronto, where she honed her foundational pastry skills before advancing her training at the world-renowned École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in France. Her time working in Paris further refined her craft, exposing her to the artistry, precision, and creativity that define classic French pastry.
Over the years, Aishwarya has mastered a wide range of skills — from artisan bread and cake decorating to crafting custom chocolates. Her curiosity and love for innovation have led her to focus on developing vegan and gluten-free recipes that are just as indulgent and delicious as traditional desserts.
With every creation, Aishwarya blends technique, passion, and a thoughtful touch to make sure everyone — no matter their dietary needs — can enjoy something sweet.

Most recently, she made a birthday cake for my mom, and it was honestly perfect. Not only was it stunning and made with so much care, but every single person at the celebration kept talking about how delicious it was. You can truly tell how much passion and talent goes into everything she creates.
Bloom & Brew makes amazing cakes, cupcakes, coffees, and teas with great variety, and everything always tastes fresh and high quality. Even without a physical storefront, they take custom orders and regularly do local markets, and the people behind it are incredibly kind and welcoming.
If you’re craving yummy homemade baked goods, Bloom and Brew is the go‑to place. The aromatic smell of their hot apple cider from the winter is still stuck in my scent memory in the best way. I’ve always loved peppermint mochas, but they’re hard to get right. And when you add the words ‘gluten free’ it can sound a little scary 😂 but I became quickly obsessed with their gluten‑free peppermint mocha cookies… so delicious. I can’t wait until they comeback next winter! (Fingers crossed) Their vegan treats don’t let up either. I’m not a big cake person, so the fact that I went for their vegan cake and enjoyed it thoroughly says a lot. This company really knows how to deliver on taste and integrity. They have a great variety to reach anyone’s tastebuds!
10/10 highly recommend Bloomandbrewto! Everything I’ve tried has been really good but my favourite definitely has to be the lemon blueberry mini cake! Will always stop by whenever they have a pop-up in the city no doubt!
I discovered Bloom & Brew Coffee Co. at a Port Credit market and was instantly impressed. Their coffee and baked goods are incredibly well made, and you can really feel the passion and care behind the brand. The owners were also genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the standout local businesses I’ve come across lately. You need to try!

Bloom and Brew took me by surprise! Not only are their pastries and croissants amazing but the customer service is also a 10 out of 10! I recently had their Cinnamon cappuccino and it was delicious! Then I ordered a vegan cake for my sister who is vegan and she is now hooked too! It’s that delicious! This team pays attention to their customers anddelivers top quality with love in each bite !!! Bloom & Brew is my go too for every party and event!
bloomandbrew, best thing to happen in 2026. from fresh coffee to delicious treats, it’s a one stop shop for all coffee lovers. in addition, they have come out with some amazing refreshers (highly recommend the mango passionfruit) for the summer time. if they happen to be in your area, check them out!
Bloom & Brew is amazing! The cheese croissants were flaky, buttery, and perfectly soft on the inside, the mini cakes were so soft and flavorful without being too sweet. The cookies were easily my favorite though, crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and so addictive. Everything tasted super fresh and homemade in the best way. Definitely one of the best baking businesses I’ve tried and I’ll absolutely be ordering again.
